The Facility consist of 85 Bachelor units with 24 hour Care available in the building. The unit consist of a bedroom, a kitchenette, private bathroom with its own shower, toilet and wash basin. Each room is big enough to allow for family members and friends to visit.
The frail Care allows for 24-hour nursing care, medical care, inclusive of 3 meals per day 3 times coffee/tea, daily washing of bedding and clothes, personal client hygiene, medicine management and daily cleaning of the unit. There is a nursing station on each floor of the complex. Each room is provided with emergency buttons to raise alarm if needed. There is a medical doctor on site and on call on a 24-hour basis.
The Assisted living: the Assisted Living units is located within the Frail Care complex allowing clients nursing care and assistance as needed. The services allow for 3meals per day, tee/ coffee 3 times per day.Washing to be done on a weekly basis, cleaning of the unit done on a weekly basis, daily medicine management. Featherwood has an onsite five-star clubhouse, conference centre, and gym for the more active residents.
Security includes ON THE JOB 24/7 guarded entry to the estate by a permanently-manned clubhouse. Added security officers patrol the estate 24/7 ensuring your safety. Featherwood is also protected by 24-hour manned security (with armed response available at all times), as well as electrified, heavy-gauge steel perimeter fencing, and CCTV cameras monitored by the gatehouse.

Assisted Living: R16,800 per month
